Our Site showcases lab-grown diamonds or CVD diamonds available for wholesale purchase. The images and descriptions of products are for illustrative purposes and may not precisely represent the actual products due to variations in screens and natural discrepancies. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for any reason.
2. Pricing and Payment
The prices of products listed on our Site are in Dollar($) and do not include shipping, handling, or any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment for the products must be made in full before the order is processed and shipped. We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as PayPal&COD.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to process and ship orders within 15-20 business days from the date of payment confirmation. However, shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control. Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. Any additional customs duties or taxes imposed at the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
4. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns and provide refunds or exchanges within 10 days of delivery. Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.
